Thomas Van Bibber is a Research Associate at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His research spans the intersection of nuclear weapons, outer space, and national/global security.
Thomas is a Policy Analysis M.Phil. student at Pardee RAND Graduate School and an Assistant Policy Researcher at the RAND Corporation. He received his B.A. from Duke University, where he studied Public Policy and Physics.
