Taylor Lamoureaux is a research associate at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), where he is pursuing an independent project on advanced conventional weapons, European security, and arms control. Taylor is currently completing a dual master's degree with the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
In summer 2019, Taylor interned at LLNL as part of the Next Generation Safeguards Initiative, where he focused on international safeguards. During this time, Taylor completed a research paper on India's safeguards implementation pursuant to the 2005 U.S.-India Nuclear Deal.
