Ming Chen is a graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Her research interests include cybersecurity and emergent technologies’ impact on international security and strategic policy, the role of public-private partnerships, and great power relations.
Her ongoing research project seeks to assess the human capital component of US and Russian cyber capabilities. Prior to CGSR, Ming also interned with the United Nations, where her research explored the role of social media and its impact on social violence in Myanmar.
Ming is currently pursuing an MS in Cybersecurity Policy at the Georgia Tech, where she also earned a BS in International Affairs.
