Juliana Boerema

Juliana Boerema is an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from Raleigh, North Carolina. Juli is double-majoring in Peace, War, and Defense (with a concentration in National Security and Intelligence) and Russian Language and Literature with a minor in Aerospace Studies. She is involved in the Russian Flagship Program, sponsored by the National Security Education Program, and serves as an officer in the Carolina Transatlantic Forum for Education and Diplomacy. As a contracted cadet in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, she hopes to commission as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force in 2025.

Previous to her work at LLNL, Juli worked at the Vernon G James Research Center under North Carolina State University.
