Jessica Budlong is a research associate at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) and an M.A. candidate at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. Her broad areas of research are sanctions, export controls, and nonproliferation regimes.
Prior to joining LLNL, Jessica earned her B.A. from Cornell College in International Relations and Economics and Business. She has previous experience at the Center for Arms Control and Nonproliferation and Global Zero. She has also been published in Responsible Statecraft, Nukes of Hazard, and The National Interest.
