James Blumhoff is a research associate at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where he assists with the Future of Long Term Competitive Strategies project. His independent research focuses on hypersonic weapons and strategic deterrence.
James received his M.A. from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky (2019). At Patterson, James focused on international security and diplomacy.
