Elliot Ji

Elliot Ji is a Research Associate at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His research interests include military strategy, major power deterrence, US-China relations, and the impact of emerging military technology on strategic stability.

Elliot is a Ph.D. Candidate in Politics at Princeton University. Before joining Princeton, he has experience working as research interns at the Center for the Study of Chinese Military Affairs at the National Defense University, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, the Brookings Institution China Center, and the Carter Center. Elliot received a master’s degree in Global Affairs (2020) from Tsinghua University as Schwarzman Scholar and a B.A. in political science, Phi Beta Kappa, from Emory University (2019).
