David Liu

David Liu is a Research Assistant at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His research focuses on offensive cyber operations and escalation in cyberspace. He is also interested in innovation and public-private partnerships in the defense industry. Prior to CGSR, he interned at War on the Rocks, Goldman Sachs, and MITRE.

David is a senior at Brown University studying Computer Science and Slavic Studies.
