Spencer Erjavic is a research associate with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory's Center for Global Security Research. Currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science, and another in Russian at Arizona State University, his research interests include Arctic affairs, U.S.-Russian arms control, and multilateral engagement in nonproliferation regimes.

Prior to joining CGSR, Spencer interned with the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Arms Control, Verification and Compliance. During his time with the Bureau, he focused on preparations for, and participation by the United States in the United Nations First Committee, General Assembly, 2021 Conference on Disarmament, and 2020 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
