Grace Hickey is a Research Associate with the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. She is currently pursuing an International Relations degree from Claremont McKenna College with a thematic focus on Security Studies. Her research interests are great-power conflict and deterrence, US-China relations, and climate change as a security threat.
Grace has interned for South North Nexus, a nonprofit that focuses on helping smallholder communities around the world build resilience to climate shocks and is a US-Asia Relations International Journalism Fellow at the Keck Center for International and Strategic Studies at Claremont McKenna.
