Evan Lisman is a research associate at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His research interests include disruptive technologies, non-proliferation regimes, and strategic cultures in the Middle East.
Prior to joining CGSR, Evan interned with the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation and The Washington Institute for Near East Policy. His work has been published in Responsible Statecraft, Nukes of Hazard, and On the Radar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies and a minor in Human Rights from the University of California, Berkeley.
