Elliot Serbin is a Research Associate at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He is a joint degree student at Harvard University, pursuing a Master in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School and a J.D. at Harvard Law School. His research interests include nuclear arms control and non-proliferation and the relationship between international law and U.S. national security policy.

Elliot previously worked for the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University, where he provided support for the Nuclear Risk Reduction Project and conducted research on the status of North Korea’s nuclear program and the history of US-DPRK diplomacy. He holds a BA in Political Science and a BA in Philosophy from Stanford University.
