Marshall Monroe shares insights from his Magic Canyon Institute, an independent research foundation in New Mexico studying various global industries for trends and future scenarios with commercial impacts. Soft Power 2.0 is an investigation front in their MCi-Constellations analytics series. It is a survey of facts and insight regarding China’s Soft Power activities in the global media, entertainment, technology, and real estate sectors. Mr. Monroe, a veteran entertainment and technology development executive, offers some sober warnings and a mitigation strategy for what, to date, appears to be a one-sided SoPo war the U.S. is not activated in, and is certainly not winning.
