Lauren Stoneman is a Research Associate at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. During her time at CGSR, she will be conducting research on the normative standards of nuclear non-use amongst nuclear powers. She is an undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she is triple-majoring in Political Science, History, and Philosophy, with minors in European Studies and Russian, Eastern European, and Central Asian Studies. Prior to her work at CGSR, Lauren interned at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Outside of school and work, Lauren competes on the UW-Madison Mock Trial Team, serves as an Opinion Editor of her school newspaper, and tutors undergraduates on their writing. She plans to start graduate school in international relations next fall.
