Matt O’Hare is a research associate at the Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and an M.S. cybersecurity engineering student at the University of San Diego. Prior to coming to CGSR, he worked as an intelligence analyst and Mandarin interpreter at the Navy and NSA. His research interests include cybersecurity, great power competition and social media’s impact on national security.
