Celine Lee is a Research Associate at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Her research analyzes the PRC’s growing dominance in mature-node semiconductor manufacturing and explores strategic U.S. countermeasures.
Celine’s prior work focused on the intersection of emerging technologies (specifically specialized semiconductors), supply chains, and strategic competition. She holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. Celine previously held fellowships with the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT).
