Dr. Maximilian Hoell

Dr.MaximilianHoell

Maximilian Hoell is a senior nuclear program associate at Longview Philanthropy. From 2023 to 2025, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2023, he was a senior policy fellow at the European Leadership Network in London. He holds a PhD in international relations from University College London, a postgraduate diploma in international nuclear law from the University of Montpellier, an MSc in international relations from the London School of Economics, and a BA in modern languages from the University of Oxford.
